VACANCY CIRCULAR
Applications are invited from Central Government Officers / Armed Forces Personnel to fill up one (01) post of Vigilance Assistant (General Central Service, Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted, Ministerial) in pre-revised scale of Pay Band-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- [Level-6 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC] on Deputation (for Officers of Central Govt.) or Deputation / Re-employment (for Armed Forces Personnel) basis in the Office of UPSC. Eligibility conditions are as under:
Deputation:
Officer under Central Government:
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
(ii) with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pre-revised Pay Band-1 (Rs.5200-20200) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 [Level-5 in the Pay matrix as per 7th CPC] or equivalent; or
(iii) with ten years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pre-revised Pay Band-1 (Rs.5200-20200) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2400 [Level-4 in the Pay matrix as per 7th CPC] or equivalent; and
(b) (i) Possessing a degree in law from a recognised University or equivalent; or
(ii) Possessing two years’ experience of dealing with vigilance or disciplinary matters in respect of government employees and having completed successfully the Administrative Vigilance Training of the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or a comparable training in any other recognised Institution.
Deputation or re-employment (for Armed Forces personnel):
The Armed Forces Personnel of the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent, who are due to retire or to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and have the qualifications and experience prescribed for deputationists shall also be considered.

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग कार्यालय में संशोधन-पूर्व 4200/- रु. के ग्रेड वेतन सहित वेतन बैंड-2 (सातवें केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग के अनुसार वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-6) में प्रतिनियुक्ति (केन्द्र सरकार के अधिकारियों के लिए) अधवा प्रतिनियुक्ति / पुनर्नियोजन (सशस्त्र बल कार्मिकों के लिए) के आधार पर सतर्कता सहायक (सामान्य केन्द्रीय सेवा, समूह ‘ख’, अराजपत्रित, अननुसचिवीय) के एक (01) पद को भरने के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार के कर्मचारियों / सशस्त्र बल कार्मिकों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं। पात्रता की शर्तें निम्नानुसार हैं :
प्रतिनियुक्ति : केन्द्र सरकार के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी :-
(क) (i) जो मूल काडर या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए हैं; या
(ii) जिन्होंने वेतन बैंड-1 (5200-20200/- रु.)+ ग्रेड वेतन 2800/- रु.[सातवें केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग के अनुसार वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-5] या समतुल्य में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् श्रेणी में 6 वर्ष सेवा की है; या
(iii) जिन्होंने वेतन बैंड-1(5200-20200/- रु.)+ग्रेड वेतन 2400/- रु.[सातवें केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग के अनुसार वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-4] या समतुल्य श्रेणी में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् श्रेणी में 10 वर्ष सेवा की है; और
(ख) (i) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विधि में डिग्री या समतुल्य रखते हों। या
(ii) जिन्हें सरकारी कर्मचारियों की बाबत सतर्कता या अनुशासनिक मामलों संबंधी कार्य करने का दो वर्ष का अनुभव है और जिन्होंने सचिवालय प्रशिक्षण और प्रबंधन संस्थान से प्रशासनिक सतर्कता प्रशिक्षण या किसी भी अन्य मान्यता-प्राप्त संस्थान से ऐसा तुलनीय प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया हो।
प्रतिनियुक्ति या पुनर्नियोजन (सशस्त्र बल के कार्मिकों के लिए)
सशस्त्र बल के कार्मिकों के लिए कनिष्ठ कमीशन अधिकारी या समतुल्य रैंक के ऐसे कार्मिकों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा जो एक वर्ष की अवधि के भीतर सेवा निवृत्त होने वाले हैं या रिजर्व में स्थानांतरित किए जाने वाले हैं और जिनके पास प्रतिनियुक्ति व्यक्ति के लिए विहित अर्हताएं और अनुभव है ऐसे व्यक्तियों को उस तारीख तक प्रतिनियुक्ति के निबंधनों पर रखा जाएगा।
2. इस पद के लिए विस्तृत विवरण जैसे सामान्य शर्तें, पात्रता मानदंड, आयु सीमा, आवेदन का प्रपत्र इत्यादि आयोग की वेबसाइट (http://www.upsc.gov.in/vacancy-circulars) पर उपलब्ध हैं।

The Tribunal being a quasi-judicial body set up under the provisions of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks & Financial Institution Act, 1993.
The deputation will be governed by the terms and conditions as contained in DOPT O.M. No.2/32(B)/2008-Estt (Pay-II) dated $3^{\text {rd }}$ September, 2008 and 2/6/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated $25^{\text {th }}$ February, 2009, as amended from time to time. I. Private Secretary: (Pay Scale Rs.6500-200-10500/- Pre revised as per $5^{\text {th }}$ CPC). The post is to be filled up by promotion/deputation. For deputation the following conditions are laid down.
