ORDER

In continuation of this Department’s Orders of even number dated 17.02.2020, 27.02.2020 and 21.04.2020, with the approval of the Competent Authority, the tenure of ad-hoc appointment of 94 more Principal Private Secretaries whose vigilance clearance has been received from AVD.I Division as shown in Annexure is, hereby, extended for one year beyond 30.06.2019 i.e. upto 30.06.2020 or till the posts are filled up on regular basis or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
2. This order will be applicable to the Principal Private Secretaries as shown in Annexure who are continuously holding the post of Principal Private Secretary on ad-hoc basis. The extension of ad-hoc appointment of the Principal Private Secretaries who retired/went on deputation after 30.06.2019 till the issue of this order, will be restricted upto their date of superannuation/VRS/appointment on deputation.
3. The continuation of the ad-hoc promotion beyond 30.06 .2019 is subject to the conditions as mentioned in this Department’s OMs No. 3/3/2018CS.II(A) dated 28.12.2018, 31.12.2018 \& 31.05.2019.
