This order conveys the approval of the competent authority for the extension of tenure for four IPS officers working in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The officers and their extended tenure dates are listed. Additionally, it is noted that Sh. Sujeet Kumar, IPS, will be relieved upon completion of his tenure, as the State Government of Bihar has denied cadre clearance. The order is addressed to the Director of CBI and copies are to be distributed to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Under Secretary (IPS-II & III) at MHA, Director (Technical) at NIC for website updates, and relevant files.

- While approving the above, the competent authority has also directed that Sh. Sujeet Kumar, IPS (BH:2006) be relieved on completion of his tenure as the State Government of Bihar has denied the cadre clearance.
