Subject: Extension of Select List year 2003- Information regarding debarred candidates.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 11/1/2011-CS.II (B) dated 13^{th } July, 2012. All the cadre units were requested to furnish, inter-alia the information regarding the candidates who were debarred for promotion to the grade of UDC for the Select List 2004,2005,2006 & 2007. The information has, however, either not been furnished by the cadre units or the same is incomplete.
- All the cadre units are, therefore, requested to furnish the information regarding the candidates debarred for promotion to the grade of UDC for the Select List 2004,2005,2006 & 2007 in the enclosed proforma immediately. If the information is nil the same may also be intimated.
