This circular extends the availability of the “Offer List” for officers nominated for Deputy Secretary/Director and Joint Secretary level posts under the Central Staffing Scheme-2024. It also covers nominations for Chief Vigilance Officer posts for the same year. Cadre Controlling Authorities can continue to submit officer names online until June 30, 2025, building upon previous communications regarding the process. The memorandum is addressed to Chief Secretaries of State Governments/UTs, Secretaries of Central Ministries/Departments, and key officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, and the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General.

In continuation of this Department’s O.M. of even No. dated 28.03.2025 (copy enclosed), the undersigned is directed to say that the names of officers forwarded online by the Cadre Controlling Authorities for the “Offer List” under the Central Staffing Scheme-2024, will continue to be available for consideration till “30.06.2025”.
