The Department of Personnel and Training has issued a circular extending the deadline for submitting applications for membership to the Central Secretariat Club (CSC) until July 31st, 2023. The circular addresses issues with processing fee payments from applicants who submitted forms through e-HRMS and Google Forms, requesting they submit proof of payment. Applications will not be processed if the fee isn’t deposited by the extended deadline.

CIRCULAR
With reference to the Circular of even number dated 03.06.2023, it is informed that the last date for submission of application form for Membership of the Central Secretariat Club (CSC) has been extended till 31.07.2023.
- In this regard it also noted that some applicants, who have submitted Application Form through e-HRMS, have either not deposited processing fee or not mentioned details / reference no. of payment processing fee in the application form. All applicants who have submitted their applications through e-HRMS are, therefore, requested to submit a copy of their application, along with requisite documents and proof of payment of processing fee, through email or at the CSC between 05.00 PM to 07.00 PM (Monday to Friday).

In respect of applicants who have submitted application form through Google Forms, it is requested that a copy of the filled application form received in their email address shall be forwarded to the email address of the Central Secretariat Club, along with the requisite documents and proof of payment of processing fee.

If an applicant fails to deposit processing fee latest by 31.07.2023, his / her application shall not be considered / processed.
