NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Sikkim and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for extension of Inter cadre deputation tenure of Shri Jitendra Singh Raje, IAS (SK:07) from Sikkim cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre for a period of two years beyond 01.06.2020.

  1. The Chief Secretary, Government of Sikkim, Gangtok – 737101 w.r.t. letter No. 208/GEN/DOP dated 06.03.2020.
  2. The Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal – 462004, w.r.t. letter No. 8-1/244/2016/5/एक dated 22.01.2020. It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
  3. The Accountant General, Government of Sikkim, Gangtok – 737101.
  4. The Accountant General, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal 462004 with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.
  5. Shri Jitendra Singh Raje, IAS (SK:07) (through the Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal – 462004). You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
  6. The Deputy Secretary (SM), w.r.t. ID note No. 37/01/2017-EO(SM-I), dated 20.05.2020.
