In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Orissa and Bihar the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for the extension of inter cadre deputation of Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, IAS (OR:97) from Odisha cadre to Bihar cadre for a further period of one year beyond 13.02.2014.
