In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of State Governments of Jammu \& Kashmir and Maharashtra, the Central Government hereby accords approval for extension of tenure of inter cadre deputation of Shri Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, IAS (JK:04) from Jammu \& Kashmir cadre to Maharashtra cadre for a further period of two years beyond 02.02.2017.
