- The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs for extension of tenure of Inter-Cadre deputation in respect of Shri N. Sridhar Rao, IPS (SK:94) from Sikkim cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre for a period of two years beyond the present approved period of three years on grounds of personal hardship.
