This notification announces the approval for an extension of inter-cadre deputation for Shri Hirdesh Kumar, an IAS officer from the Jammu & Kashmir cadre, to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. The extension is for a period of six months beyond January 21, 2012. NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Jammu & Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby accords approval for extension of inter cadre deputation of Shri Hirdesh Kumar, IAS (JK:99) from Jammu & Kashmir to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of six months beyond 21.01.2012.
