Previously set at 5-7 days, the scheme now allows for up to 10 days of participation. This change comes with stipulations: the financial ceiling for the scheme remains unchanged, and participants can only avail of special Casual Leave for the duration of the activity, up to a maximum of 10 days. The memorandum is directed to Under Secretaries/Welfare Officers across all Ministries and Departments.
