The Competent Authority has approved an extension in the deputation tenure of Shri Kiran S., an IPS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre (2008 batch), as Superintendent of Police (SP) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). This extension is for one additional year, prolonging his assignment from June 9, 2020, to June 8, 2021, bringing his total tenure to five years.
