The Competent Authority has approved the extension of the deputation tenure of Shri Abhishek Dular, an IPS officer from the Himachal Pradesh cadre (2006 batch) currently serving as SP in the CBI. The extension is for a period of two years beyond February 15, 2021, up to February 15, 2023, bringing the total tenure to seven years, in accordance with paragraph 9 of the IPS Tenure Policy, 2010.
