NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, the Central Government hereby accords approval for the extension of the inter cadre deputation of Shri R.C.P. Singh, IAS (UP:84) from the IAS cadre of Uttar Pradesh to the IAS cadre of Bihar, for continuing as the Secretary to the Chief Minister for a period upto 15.12.2010 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
