This order officially approves the extension of Ms. Harshita Attaluri’s central deputation tenure. Ms. Attaluri, an IPS officer from the Kerala cadre (batch of 2002), who holds the position of DIG in the CBI, will have her deputation extended for a period of one year. This extension is effective from December 16, 2017, to December 15, 2018, and is in accordance with paragraph 5.1(i) of the IPS Tenure Policy dated March 30, 2010. The order is being sent to the Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation and copies are also being provided to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, the Deputy Secretary (Police) at the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Director (Technical) at NIC for updating the DOPT website, and for the Guard File.
