Subject: Extension of CAT’s order dated 30.11.2004 in OA No.991/2003 titled ‘Vijay Kumar & others vs. Uol & others’ – holding of review DPC for the respective USSLs reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 16th April 2014 on the subject mentioned above and to say that it has been brought to the notice of this Department that the names of the following two officers who fulfill the conditions of the then extant third proviso to Rule 12(2) of CSS Rules, 1962 have not been included in the list circulated for the proposed Limited Review DPC:

- The names of the above two officers have been included and the revised list is circulated for information of all concerned. If the name of the any other officer is missing from the list who fulfills the conditions in terms of then extant third proviso to Rule 12(2) of the CSS Rules, 1962, the same may be brought to the notice of this Department urgently, for appropriate action.
- Vigilance status The receipt of vigilance status of the officers is indicated in the list. Ministries/Departments concerned are requested to furnish the vigilance status in respect of the remaining officers including the above two officers urgently. It is also requested that penalty if any imposed on the officers during the entire career should also be indicated as desired by the UPSC. A copy of the vigilance status should also be forwarded to AVD.I, DoPT for their appropriate action.
