Extension in Deputation Tenure for Shri Raghavendra Vatsa, Shri Murali Rambha, and Ms. Gagandeep Gambhir

The competent authority has approved the extension in deputation tenure for several IPS officers. Shri Raghavendra Vatsa, DIG, CBI, will have his tenure extended for six months beyond May 17, 2023, up to November 17, 2023. Shri Murali Rambha, SP, CBI, receives a one-year extension from July 8, 2023, to July 7, 2024. Finally, Ms. Gagandeep Gambhir, DIG, CBI, will have her tenure extended from May 16, 2023, to November 24, 2023, to complete the 63rd NDC Course.

Order

Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for extension in deputation tenure of:
(i) Shri Raghavendra Vatsa, IPS (GJ:2005), DIG, CBI for a period of six months beyond 17.05.2023 i.e. upto 17.11.2023 (total 7 years and 6 months), in relaxation of IPS Tenure Policy, 2010, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
(ii) Shri Murali Rambha, IPS(TN:2011), SP, CBI for a period of one year i.e. from 08.07.2023 to 07.07 .2024 ( 5 years in total) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
(iii) Ms. Gagandeep Gambhir, IPS (GJ:2004), DIG, CBI, for a period from 16.05.2023 to 24.11 .2023 i.e. upto the completion of the $63^{\text {rd }}$ NDC Course.
