Subject: Empanelment of IRS (IT) officers of 1985 batch for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent level under the Central Staffing Scheme (Initial)
The undersigned is directed to refer to O.M. No.A-35011/33/2010-Ad.VI dated $11^{\text {th }}$ May, 2011 and $1^{\text {th }}$ July, 2011 of Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) (CBDT) on the subject mentioned above and to convey approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet for the empanelment of the following 36 officers of 1985 batch of Indian Revenue Service (IT) for holding the post of Joint Secretary/equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme:-

- The ACC has deferred the case of Shri Bhartendu Pratap Singh (85028) on account of vigilance status being withheld.
- The cases of two officers have not been taken up – Smt. Alpana Saksena (85026) has taken VRS and Shri Etwa Munda (85072) has less than 4 years of residual service as on 01.01.2011.
- The cases of two officers have not been taken up, as seniority of Shri Rajib Kumar Hota (85006) has been fixed with 1984 batch and ACR dossier of Shri Narender Singh (85019) was not received.
- A.C.R. dossiers of the 61 officers mentioned above are returned herewith. Receipt of the C.R. dossiers may be acknowledged.
