Subject: Empanelment of officers of Indian Postal Service of 1985 batch for holding the post of Joint Secretary/equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme.
Reference is invited to O.M.No. 14-3/2006-SPG dated 17.6.2010 of Department of Posts on the subject mentioned above.
2. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of the following 4 officers for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme:-

The C.R. dossiers of the above mentioned 8 officers are returned herewith teceipt of the C.R. dossiers may please be acknowledged.The proposal of next batch i.e., Indian Postal Service of 1986 batch may be sent with the following information:
a) Upto date dossiers of all officers of the batch including ACRs of 2010-11.
b) Soft copy (MS-Excel) and hard copy of grading of each officer in format indicated in Annexure-I.
c) Vigilance clearance with CVC comments.
d) Gender (Male/Female) and category (SC/ST/General) status of all officers in the batch.
