OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Empanelment of officers of Indian Defence Accounts Service of 1988 batch for holding the post of Joint Secretary/equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme.
Reference is invited to U.O.AN-I/1323/3/XVII(SM) dated 18th June, 2009 of Office of the Controller General of Defence Accounts on the subject mentioned above.
- The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of the following 2 officers for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme:

- The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet did not approve the empanelment of Shri Devi Ram Negi (IDAS:88).
- The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet deferred consideration of Shri Mohinder Singh (IDAS:88) in view of the pending vigilance status.
- The C.R. dossiers of the above mentioned 4 officers are returned herewith. Receipt of the C.R. dossiers may please be acknowledged.
- The proposal of next batch i.e., Indian Defence Accounts Service of 1989 batch may be sent with the following information:
(a) Upto date dossiers of all officers including ACRs of 2009-10.
(b) Soft copy (MS-Excel) and hard copy of grading of each officer informat indicated in Annexure-I.
(c) Vigilance clearance with CVC comments.
(d) General (Male/Female) and category of (SC/ST/General) status of all officers in the batch.
