OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Empanelment of officer of Indian Defence Accounts Service of 1982 batch for holding the post of Joint Secretary/equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme ( $1^{\text {st }}$ review).
The undersigned is directed to refer to the Ministry of Defence O.M.No. 18(3)/C/2007 dated $28^{\text {th }}$ June, 2011 on the subject mentioned above.
2. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet did not approve the empanelment of Shri D.C.S.Negi (IDAS:82) for holding the post of Joint Secretary/equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme.
3. The C.R. dossier of Shri D.C.S.Negi (IDAS:82) is returned herewith. Receipt of the same may be acknowledged.
