OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Empanelment of officers of Indian Civil Accounts Service of 1983 batch for holding the post of Joint Secretary/equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme.
Reference is invited to letter No. A-35017/12/2006/Gr. A/35 Empanel/99 dated 25th February, 2010 of Department of Expenditure on the subject mentioned above.
- The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of Smt. Sujata Prasad for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme.
- The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet did not approve the empanelment of Shri Girraj Prasad Gupta (ICAS:83).
- The C.R. dossiers of the above mentioned 2 officers are returned herewith. Receipt of the C.R. dossiers may please be acknowledged.
- The C.R. dossiers of Indian Civil Accounts Service of 1984 to 1987 batches are also returned herewith (copy enclosed). It is requested that proposal of next batch may please be sent to this Department with the following information:
- (a) Upto date dossiers of all officers of the batch including ACRs of 2009-10.
- (b) Soft copy (MS-Excel) and hard copy of grading of each officer in format indicated in Annexure-4.
- (c) Vigilance clearance with CVC comments.
- (d) Gender (Male/Female) and category (SC/ST/General) status of all officers in the batch.
