Subject: Empanelment of Indian Railway Traflic Service (IRTS) officers of 1984 batch for – holding the post of Joint Secretan or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme – (initial)

The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Railways O.M.No.2010/SCC/20/01 zated 21.12 .2010 on the subject mentioned above and to state that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of the following seven officers of 1984 batch of Indian Railway Traflic Service (IRTS) for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equinajent under the Central Staffing Scheme:

  1. The ACC decided to defer the consideration of empanelment of the following 3 officers on account of their vigilance status:

  2. The C.R. dossiers of 12 officers mentioned in paragraphs $12,3$ and 4 above are returned herewith, which may be acknowledged.
  3. The proposal regarding next batch of Indian Railway Traffic Service i.e. 1985 batch may be forwarded with the following information:(a) Up to date ACR dossiers of all IRTS offices of 1985 batch including ACR for the period 2009-10.

(b) Grading Charts in soft copy and hard copy in MS-Excel for each officer on a separate sheet for ACR gradings of the last 13 years preceding to and including that of 2009-10 in the format indicated in Annexure I.

(c) Vigilance clearance with CVC comments.

(d) Gender (Male/Female) and category status (SCOT/General) of all officers of the batch.
