OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Draft Extended Select List of 2003 in the UDC Grade-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Department of Personnel and Training’s O.M. of even number dated 19th June, 2015 on the subject mentioned above vide which the draft extended Select List of 2003 in the UDC Grade was circulated for seeking comments of various cadre units.
- On compilation of data received from the cadre units, it has been observed that:
(i) DPC status in respect of many officials (DPC held or not) included in the list have not been received;
(ii) It has been informed by various cadre units that many officials included in the Select list have already expired, resigned or taken VRS. However, the date of death, resignation or VRS has not been mentioned by cadre units in many cases. The same is required to take a call whether to include an official in the Select list or not.
(iii) For officials in respect of whom vigilance case is pending, cadre units are required to inform us whether Sealed Cover procedure has been followed or not so that a slot can be left for such officer for their inclusion in the Select List in future, if they are completely exonerated from the charge;
(iv) 12 persons have been found in the list who are not eligible for inclusion in the list as they have not completed 8 years approved service as on 1-7-2003. These persons are Lower Division Clerk from Select List-1995 onwards. The Select List in LDC Grade in respect of these officials have to be verified by the cadre units;

A list of 124 officials is annexed with this O.M. stating the information required from various cadre units. All the cadre units are requested to furnish the requisite details by 17th August, 2015 positively at sarswat.rajesh13@nic.in so that Select List of 2003 in the UDC Grade may be finalized.
