Subject: Draft Common Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries as on 1.07.2014 – Finalization reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 30.12 .2014 vide which draft Common Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries as on 01.07.2014 was circulated to all Cadre Units.
2. All the Cadre Units were requested that factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, may be brought to the notice of this Department by16.01.2015. If nothing is heard from any Cadre Unit by that date, it would be presumed that there is no factual inaccuracy in the said list.
3. The requisite information in respect of some officials, as per the list annexed, have not been received in this Department till date. The cadre units as well as the officials concerned are requested to furnish the information positively by $\mathbf{0 1 . 0 4 . 2 0 1 5}$.
