Sir,
I am directed to refer to the representation received from Shri Ramesh Chandra, Superintendent Engineer, PWD seeking re-allocation to Uttarakhand and to say that it was considered by the State Advisory Committee headed by Joint Secretary (SR) in its meeting held on 01-12-2010. The Committee recommended for acceptance of the representation of Shri Ramesh Chandra for re-allocation to Uttarakhand, in terms of this Department’s letter No.27/26/2006-SRS dated 29-07-2008 and subsequent amendment of even number dated 24-06-2010 regarding allocation of SC/ST personnel, on the basis of statement made by the Representative of the Administrative Department that he belongs to Jaunsari community and that he is a domicile of Uttarakhand, subject to verification of these details by UPRCD,
2. Government of India has accepted the recommendations of the Committee and accordingly, the allocation of Shri Ramesh Chardra,ands revised to Uttarakhand. The official concerned may kindly be apprised of the position.
