Sir,
I am directed to refer to the direction of the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand order dated 7.11.2007 in W.P. No.1653/2007 and to say that the representation of Shri Ganesh Ram was considered in compliance of directions of the High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital by the Committee headed by Joint Secretary(AT \&A), DoPT in its meeting held on 9.7.2010. . The Committee recommended to accept the representation of Shri Ganesh Ram and to allocate him to Uttarakhand on domicile basis.

The Government of India has accepted the recommendation of the Committee and accordingly the allocation of Shri Ganesh Ram, Head Constable is revised to Uttarakhand on domicile basis. Officer concerned may kindly be apprised of the position.
