Subject: Compliance of directions of High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital dated 5.3.2010 in W.P. No. 35(S/B) of 2010 -Decision on the representation of from S/Shri Tara Dutt Pant and Amrish Kumar Kapoor, Architects of PWD Department – reg.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand dated 5.3.2010 in W.P. No. 35(S/B) of 2010 and to say that the representations received from S/Shri Tara Dutt Pant and Amrish Kumar Kapoor, Architects PWD Department were considered in compliance of directions of the High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital by the Committee headed by Joint Secretary (AT & A), in its meeting held on 24.5.2010. The Committee recommended to accept their representations and to allocate them to Uttarakhand on the basis of domicile and their date of superannuation being within one year (30.11.2011 & 31.07.2011 respectively).
The Government of India has accepted the recommendation of the committee and accordingly the allocation of S/Shri Tara Dutt Pant and Amrish Kumar Kapoor stands revised to Uttarakhand. Officers concerned may kindly be apprised of the position.
