These individuals had put forth various personal reasons for seeking allocation to Uttar Pradesh, including their preference, medical conditions, and family ties, as well as ancestral property. However, after careful consideration, the committee maintained its earlier stance, recommending against these requests. The basis for this recommendation was that the stated grounds did not align with the established reorganisation guidelines and the individuals were ranked junior in seniority. Consequently, the Government of India has upheld these recommendations, confirming that the personnel will continue to be allocated to the successor state of Uttarakhand.

I am directed to refer to the direction of the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench in its order dated 12.12.2007 and to say that the representations of the following personnel of Police Radio Department were considered by the Committee headed by Joint Secretary (A,T, A&CS) in its meeting held on 24.02.2010 and the recommendation made as mentioned against each hereunder:-
