ORDER
In continuation of this Department’s OM No. 3/1/2016-CS.I(D) dated 30.06.2016 and consequent upon a review meeting of the Selection Committee held on 23.02.2018, the Competent Authority has approved the inclusion of the following CSS Officers in the CSS Senior Selection Grade (Director) Select List 2016.

- The order is further subject to the outcome of the Contempt Petition (Civil) No. 314/2016 in SLP(C) No. 4831/2012 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Writ Petition Nos 6597/2012, 3003/2013 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the decision of the Apex Court on the judgment dated 23.08.2017by the All India Equality Forum and Others already under challenge before the Hon’ble Supreme Court or any other orders/judgments of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter concerning reservation in promotion.
