CORRIGENDUM
In pursuance of Government of Rajasthan letter no letter no. F.6(1)Pers/A-1/2013 dated 12.1.2016 and in partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated 28.12.2015, the Select Lists of 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2010, 2011 and 2013 (SCS category) have been rectified and the same may be read as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 9 of the select list of 1997 shall be placed below Shri Ram Niwas Meena, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 1992 batch and above Shri Tanmay Kumar, the senior most RR IAS officer of 1993 batch of Rajasthan cadre.

Select List of 1999 (SCS category)
- Notionally appointed vide notification no. 14015/19/2013-AIS(I) dated 1.7.2015.
** Seniority /year of allotment of officers in the select list of 1997 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rule, 1987.
3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. $1 \& 2$ of the select list of 1999 shall be placed below Ms. Aparna Arora the junior-most RR recruit IAS officer of 1993 batch and above Shri Kuldeep Ranka, the senior most RR IAS officer of 1994 batch of Rajasthan cadre.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. $3 \& 4$ of the select list of 1999 shall be placed below Ms. Roli Singh, the junior-most RR recruit IAS officer of 1994 batch and above Shri Praveen Gupta, senior most RR officer of 1995 batch of Rajasthan cadre.

Select List of 2000 (SCS category)

** Seniority /year of allotment of officer of the select list of 2000 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rule, 1987.
4.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned above in the select list of 2000 shall be placed below Shri Gajendra Singh the junior most promotee IAS officer of 1994 batch and above Shri Praveen Gupta, senior most RR officer of 1995 batch of Rajasthan cadre.

- Seniority /year of allotment of officers of the select list of 2010 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority)Rule, 1987. 6.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 14 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Dr. Prithvi Raj, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2002 batch and above Shri Siddharth Mahajan, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2003 batch of Rajasthan cadre. 6.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 15 to 17 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Shri Neeraj Kumar Pawan, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2003 batch and above Dr Veena Pradhan, the senior most Non-SCS category IAS officer of 2003 batch of Rajasthan cadre.

8.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 4 to 7 of the select list of 2013 shall be placed below Dr.(Ms) Arushi Ajey Malik, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Shri Gaurav Goyal the senior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch of Rajasthan cadre.
