सा. का. नि. 113.—भारत के राजपत्र के भाग-II, खण्ड 3, उप खण्ड (i) में दिनांक 03 जनवरी, 2004 को सा. का. नि. 2 के रूप में
प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) को दिनांक 23 दिसम्बर, 2003 को
अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं :—

(i) अधिसूचना के पैरा 2 में संदर्भित उप नियम ‘5 (ङ)’ को उप नियम ‘(5)’ पढ़ा जाए;

(ii) नए उप नियम (7) में उल्लिखित उप नियम ‘5 (क)’ को उप नियम ‘(5)’ से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए; और

(iii) अधिसूचना में ’90’ और ’91’ अंक जहाँ कहाँ आएँ, उनको क्रमशः ‘नब्बे’ और ‘एक सौ अस्सी’ शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 29th March, 2004

G.S.R. 113.— In the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, –
(Department of Personnel & Training) dated 23rd December, 2003 [GSR 2 dated 3rd January, 2004 published in the Gazette
of India in Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i)] the following corrections are made :

1053 GI/2004 (591)

(i) Sub-rule ‘5(e)’ referred to in para 2 of the notification may be read as Sub-rule ‘(5)’;
(ii) For sub-rule ‘5(a)’ mentioned in the new Sub-rule (7) Sub-rule ‘(5)’ shall be substituted; and
(iii) For the figures ‘ 90 ‘ and ‘ 180 ‘ wherever appear in the notification the words ‘ninety’ and ‘one hundred and eighty’ respectively shall be substituted.
