This document is a corrigendum issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, addressing errors detected in a previous Office Memorandum (OM) dated January 24th, 2020. The errors relate to the collection of vacancies for the Junior Secretariat Assistant Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examinations (for MTS) for the select lists of 2018 and 2019. Specifically, Annexure-II and III of the original OM need to be replaced with the enclosed revised versions. The corrigendum clarifies that all other contents of the original OM remain unchanged and specifies the participating cadre units to which this applies. The annexures detail the process for determining vacancies based on sanctioned strength and reservation policies, including SQ (Scheduled Caste) and DE (Differently Enabled) categories.

Some errors have been detected in Annexure-II and III of this Department’s OM of even number dated 24th January, 2020. As such, the same may be replaced as enclosed herewith.
