The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions has issued a corrigendum regarding the Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS for the year 2009. This modifies an earlier Office Memorandum. The select list is subject to the final orders of the Hon’ble CAT in OA No.1864/2009.

CORRIGENDUM
Sub: Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS for the year 2009 (part)
In partial modification of this Department’s OM of even number dated 17.06.10 on the above subject, the following may be read as para 3 below para 2 thereof:
‘The above Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS for the year 2009 (part) is subject to final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No.1864/2009 presently pending before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata in the matter relating to Ms Garima Singh Vs UOI & Ors.’
