CORRIGENDUM/ADDENDUM
Subject: Section Officers’ Grade-Inclusion in the Select List for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 against Seniority Quota – regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No. 6/1/2015-CS-I(S) dated 16.01.2015, 6/2/2015-CS-I(S) dated 20.01.2015 and 6/3/2015-CS-I(S) dated 21.01.2015, where in Select Lists for years 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively in the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS against Seniority Quota were issued.
- In the OM dated 20.01.2015, the heading of Annexure-IV may be read as under:
“Supplementary zone of promotion for Section Officer SL(SQ) 2010 in lieu of persons whose names were deleted as per Annexure-III”
- The following may be added to para 3(iv) of the OMs dated 16.01.2015, 20.01.2015 and 21.01.2015:
“Ministries/Departments where the officials approved for inclusion in the supplementary zone are requested to notify the appointments of these officials as per Annexure-IV to the grade of Section Officer on regular basis once they are found fit by respective DPCs. The appointment of officers, who are not in service as on date but their name appear in the Annexure-IV, should not be notified.”
- Annexure-IV of the OM dated 21.01.2015 may be replaced with revised Annexure IV (enclosed). The earlier Annexure IV attached with OM dated 21.01.2015 may be treated as cancelled.
