CORRIGENDUM
Sub: Promotion of CSS officers as Deputy Secretaries of CSS on inclusion in the DSSL 2009 (part)
In partial modification of this Department’s Office Order even number dated 18.06.10 on the above subject, the following may be read as para 4 below para 3 thereof:
‘The above promotions of CSS officers are subject to final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No.1864/2009 presently pending before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata in the matter relating to Ms Garima Singh Vs UOI & Ors.’
