CORREGENDUM
In partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated 14th February, 2020, the para 3.1 of the said order may be read as under:-
“3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 in the Select List of 2018 (Non-SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Kardile Rahul Kashinath, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Shri Yogesh V. Kumbhejkar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch of Maharashtra Cadre.”
- The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
