CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated $7^{\text {th }}$ July, 2023, its para 2.1 may be read as follows:
“2. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 8 the Select List 2021 shall be placed below Shri R.S. Chavan, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2013 batch (Select List 2020-SCS category) and above Shri Kailas B. Shinde, the promotee IAS officer of 2013 batch (Non-SCS category from Select List 2016) of Maharashtra cadre.”
