CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated $16^{\text {th }}$ November, 2022, its para 2.1 may be read as follows:
“2. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 the Select List 2020 shall be placed below Shri Deepak Kumar Meena, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Shri K.B. Shinde, the promotee IAS officer of 2013 batch (Non-SCS category from Select List 2016) of Maharashtra cadre.”
