This corrigendum addresses the allocation of Shri Ramesh Chandra Gupta, an Assistant in the Department of Environment and Forest. Following a recommendation from the State Advisory Committee, Bihar, his name, previously listed under order No. 85(Bi)/2007 as allocated to Bihar, has been deleted. This deletion is because he was already allocated to the State of Jharkhand under order No. 85(Jha)/2007. The Central Government has accepted this recommendation, and his name will now be treated as deleted from the Bihar allocation, confirming his existing allocation to Jharkhand. The pay scale mentioned is Rs. 5500-9000. The notification is copied to relevant Chief Secretaries, the Member Secretary of the State Advisory Committee, the Joint Secretary of Bihar’s Home Department, and Shri Ramesh Chandra Gupta himself.

CORRIGENDUM
State Advisory Committee, Bihar in its meeting held on 09.07.2012 considered the representation of Shri Ramesh Chandra Gupta, Assistant, Department of Environment and Forest and recommended that his name shown at Sr. No. 905 as Shri Ramesh Chandra Gupta (DOB 11.01.64), Assistant in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 in this Department’s order No. 85(Bi)/2007 dated 20th February, 2007 as allocated to the State of Bihar may be deleted as he has already been allocated to the State of Jharkhand (Sr. No. 929) of this Department’s final allocation order No. 85(Jha)/2007 dated $20^{\text {th }}$ February, 2007.
2. The recommendation of the State Advisory Committee, Bihar has been accepted by the Central Government and name of Shri Ramesh Chandra Gupta, Assistant (DOB 11.01.64) may be treated as deleted from order No. 85(Bi)/2007 dated $20^{\text {th }}$ February, 2007 as he has already been allocated to Jharkhand vide Sr. No. 929 of this Department’s final allocation order No. 85(Jha)/2007 dated 20th February, 2007 in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000.
