Sir,
Central Civil Services Cultural \& Sports Board organizes Tournaments for Central Government Employees in 19 disciplines. The Board also provides tents, furniture etc during the matches played at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi, if required by the party. The Board requires following items of Tent and Furniture for the year 2016-17 for its tournaments, which are held at sports facilities of the Board at Vinay Marg, Nirman Bhawan and Brassy Avenue, New Delhi.

- Quotations are invited from the firms for all items indicating rent per day per item including labour \& cartage. Taxes if any should also be clearly spelt out. If any ambiguity seen then the quotation is liable to be rejected. The quotation should be addressed to the Secretary CCSCSB and sent in a sealed cover at the above mentioned address latest by 10.06 .2016 by 2.30 pm . The quotations will be opened at 3.00 pm on the same day.
- Once the quotation has been approved by the Board, firm will be bound to provide the quoted items at the approved rates during financial year 2016-17
