This office memorandum concerns the continuation of the ad hoc promotion of Stenographers Grade ‘A&B'(Merged) to the Principal Private Secretary (PPS) Grade of the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS). It directs that vigilance clearance be obtained from respective cadres for officers mentioned in the annexure, with a deadline of February 10, 2009. Subject: Continuation of ad hoc Promotion of Steno. Grade ‘A&B'(Merged) to the PPS Grade of CSSS – calling for vigilance clearance – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to say that in order to consider the proposal for continuation of ad hoc appointment of Steno. Grade ‘A&B'(Merged) to the post of Principal Private Secretary of CSSS beyond 31.12.2008, it has been decided to obtain latest vigilance clearance from respective cadres in respect of officers, mentioned in the annexure, working in their cadres.
- It is therefore, requested that the vigilance clearance in respect of officers working in respective cadres may please be furnished to this Department latest by \mathbf{1 0 . 0 2 . 2 0 0 9}.
