OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Continuation of ad-hoc appointment in the grade of Assistant Section Officer (erstwhile Assistant) of CSS-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $29^{\text {th }}$ December, 2015 and subsequent reminders dated $15^{\text {th }}$ March, 2016 and $5^{\text {th }}$ May, 2016 on the subject mentioned above.
2. It has been observed that, so far, eight cadre units have not furnished the requisite information to this Department. These eight cadre units are once again requested to furnish the copies of the office orders along-with the details of the officials (date of birth, date of joining, Rank No., SLY, etc.) to this Department immediately, but not later than $24^{\text {th }}$ May, 2016.
