This office memorandum details the extension of ad-hoc appointments for Steno Grade ‘A&B’ (Merged) positions within the Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS). Due to delays in regular recruitment processes, the government has decided to extend existing ad-hoc appointments until December 31, 2009, or until regular stenographers become available, whichever comes first. All other terms and conditions of previous appointments remain unchanged. This decision stems from a review of the existing ad-hoc arrangements and aims to ensure continued operational efficiency while regular recruitment is finalized.
