Subject: Consideration of representation of Shri Jawahr Lal, Lab Technician in compliance of the directions dated 12/08/2010 of Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital in Writ Petition No.119(S/B)/2010 – regarding
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the Advisory Committee in its meeting held on 14.02.2011 considered the representation of Shri Jawahr Lal, Lab Technician, Medical \& Health Department in compliance of the directions dated 12/08/2010 of the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital in Writ Petition No.119(S/B)/2010 on the grounds that his wife is suffering from Cancer. On the basis of report of the Medical Board and opinion of the Medical Expert present in the meeting, the Committee, recommended to accept his representation under the guidelines on Medical Hardship.
The Government of India has accepted the representation of Shri Jawahr Lal, Lab Technician and accordingly his final allocation is revised to Uttar Pradesh. The officer concerned may kindly be apprised accordingly.
This is subject to vacation of stay/disposal in any other court cases connected with the case, if any.
