This communication from the Ministry of Personnel, P.G. and Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, addresses the representation of Shri Anoop Kumar Mishra. A State Advisory Committee meeting on October 20, 2009, considered his case, noting that his wife, appointed as Sr. Operator at City Control Room, Lucknow, on February 11, 1997, made him eligible under the spouse policy. The Government of India has accepted this recommendation and revised Shri Mishra’s allocation to Uttar Pradesh. The relevant Chief Secretaries of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, along with other key officials, are to be apprised of this decision.

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the State Advisory Committee in its meeting held on 20.10.2009 considered the representation of Shri Anoop Kumar Mishra, PAC. The Committee found that his wife is working as Sr. Operator, City Control Room, Lucknow and she was appointed on 11.2.1997. The Committee therefore, recommended to accept his representation under spouse policy.
The Government of India had accepted the recommendation of State Advisory Committee and accordingly the allocation of Shri Anoop Kumar Mishra, PAC is hereby revised to Uttar Pradesh. The officer concerned may kindly be apprised accordingly.
