In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3-A of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to confirm Ms. Moumita Basu, member of the Indian Administrative Service borne on the State Cadre of West Bengal of 2007 batch, in the Indian Administrative Service, with effect from 18/08/2009.
