Compliance with Uttarakhand High Court Order on Personnel Transfers in Geology & Mining Directorate

C

Recent developments in inter-state personnel transfers highlight the smooth coordination between state administrative departments. Following a directive from the Uttarakhand High Court regarding a specific writ petition, a committee convened to address the representations of a Drilling Assistant and a Drill Operator from the Geology & Mining Directorate. Both the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand administrative departments expressed no objections to the adjustment of these individuals in Uttarakhand, facilitating their inter-state transfer, contingent on the availability of suitable vacancies. This decision underscores a cooperative approach to resolving personnel matters across state lines, ensuring that judicial directives are met with practical administrative solutions.
