The Department of Personnel and Training has released the draft common seniority list for Assistants in the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for the year 1999. The list is available on the Ministry’s website, and officials are encouraged to review it and provide feedback on any corrections, additions, or omissions. Requests for changes must be submitted within one month of the issuance of the memo, and any requests received after June 30th, 2009, will not be considered.

Subject: Common Seniority List of Assistants of CSS for the year 1999.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 7/1/2006-CS.I dated $26^{\text {th }}$ March, 2007 on the subject noted above and to say that on the basis of information furnished by the cadre authorities, Draft Common Seniority List (CSL) of Assistants of CSS for the year 1999 has been drawn up.
2. The Draft Common Seniority List of Assistants of CSS for the year 1999 is placed on the Website of this Ministry. The same may be downloaded from this Ministry’s website as per address given below. In case of any difficulty, the position may be brought to the notice of the Department for immediate necessary action.

- It is requested that Draft Common Seniority List may be circulated to the all concerned for inviting their feedback. It has been observed in the past that the feed back is received very late leading to delay in finalization of the CSL. In this background it is requested that the correction(s)/addition(s)/omissions, if any, may kindly be furnished within one month of the issuance of this OM so that they could be incorporated in the Common Seniority List. Requests received after $30^{\text {th }}$ June, 2009 will not be entertained. All concerned officials whose names appear/do not appear be asked to send in their feedback by $25^{\text {th }}$ June, 2009 to the respective Cadre Authorities.
